Burntt!

SO yesterday, we all went to the baseball game. Nothing too excited happened except we all got sun burnt for the first time this year! That is a little exciting! Spring break and warm weather is right around the corner!! Yesterday I had to go get my formal dress altered. THe picture makes it look a little more red than what it actually is.

Its beautiful and I LOVE IT! Last night we went to a party for one of our friends! She was 21. It was fun and pretty calm. It was good just to hang out with friends and relax for a night. Then this morning we went to church. We had an awesome lunch with Oma, Opa, Susan, and Penny! It is always such a pleasure and privilege to have family close by that we get to spend time with! the rest of the day will be filled with Chad studying and going to music later tonight. I have some sorority meetings that I have to attend to. So its going to be an eventful Sunday. I hope everyone enjoys this beautiful day!

YAYAYAYAYAYA! All the stress is over for a couple of days! I got all my test turned it, and test finished! I am thinking that I did well, so we will see! Today I had a gym dog meet! The meet was with Alabama! We lost by .4 of a point, which is an ok amount to lost by. Its not very close but not that far either! Hope everyone had an awesome Friday! Weekend is here!!!

So i am behind on blogging and yesterday was an exciting eventful day! After going to class, "the gang" (Chad, Will, Tyler, Ginger, Chelsea Fenn, Gordon, Amy, Ashton Kate, and me) All went to the baseball game. Well of course as soon as we sit down, I have to go to the bathroom. I get up and go and then come back. Well as I come up the ramp and make a turn and am able to see everyone sitting in our seats, I see a girl in her early twenties standing in front of the boys talking and laughing. When Chad sees me, he starts yelling at me to come faster. I get up there, and the girl is working for the UGA baseball teams and needs some entertainment in between innings. So OF COURSE, Chad signs me up for three legged race with him! I was like OHHH NOOO! Not happening! So then the girl says well i need someone to pitch the ball over the plate, do you think you can throw it over the plate? I was like you have to be kidding me! Of course I can throw that ball over the plate. The object of me pitching was I had to guess the speed I would throw it at. I had to be within 5 mph to get a prize. So ended up that i was pitching the ball, Chad and will were a team in the three legged race and Gordon and Tyler were a team. So the girl comes and gets me in the 2nd inning. I have to go through the baseball guys locker room and out to the dug out. They make me put on this tshirt promoting Academy Sports. I am standing in the dug out and some of the players are looking at me. Obviously they knew what was going on and what I was about to do. They all were like I cannot believe they got a girl to do this. She isn't even going to make it over the plate. I was like RUDE! I will show you! The girls that were like telling me what to do said this" Now we have 19 seconds to do this. So we need you to run out there. The PA guy will come over and tell the audience the object of the game and then say Good luck Megan. As soon as he says that throw the ball." I was like ok! So i ran out there and threw the pitch! Now i guessed i could throw the ball 47 mph. I threw it 43 mph! I WON! haha i got a 15 dollar gift card to Academy Sports and a tshirt! That was super exciting! There is a picture on someones camera, but i don't have it. Therefore, it cannot be uploaded, maybe later. Then the boys went out in the outfield and did there three legged race. Tyler and Gordon fell down. Then tyler grabbed Will's foot and pulled them down. It was a close race, but Tyler and Gordon won. Now Chad things he pooped his shoulder out of socket! ;) I think he is only saying it because he lost and I always tell him he is getting old! :) Then we ate dinner and went to Wesley. Mark Richt was speaking at it. It was so great! He is such a great Christian guy! After yesterday, today has been pretty calm. It is a bit colder up here and supposed to rain tomorrow! :( I'm still stressing a little. I have a project, test, and quiz tomorrow. So i have been studying all day! :) WOO! Stressinggg outtt!

UGHHHH! I hate weeks like this! I haven't gotten sleep in two days. I don't know what is up with that. I toss and turn all night long and make up aggravated as ever! I have two test, one quiz, and a huge project due all in about three days....except those test just aren't regular test, they are MIDTERMS! And those two classes I only have a midterm and a final. So i am wasting time by writing this instead of studying, but i have been distracted all day long, so what else is new. Its so frustrating. Anyway, today was boring and was filled with studying and TV watching! I guess I should get back to studying now that i have vented and feel a little better! I hope everyone had a better day that I did!

beautifulll dayyy!

Goodness....i hope where ever you are that you are getting just as nice weather as we are getting here in Athens. The whole weekend and today was just beautiful! I just wanted to sit outside ALL DAY! It has been awesome! Nothing real exciting has gone on today. I went to Chapter and class! That is about as exciting as it gets. haha. I have a busy week ahead of me. Chad had a test today. He thinks he did well. So that is great and exciting! yeah, that is about it. Hope everyone had an awesome Monday.

Busy Weekendddd

WOW! This weekend has been CRAZYYY! Friday, Chad and I enjoyed an awesome weekend at the sorority philanthropy event! We went to Roswell, GA. They had all you can eat food all night, about 5 types of casino games, and a silent auction! It was so much fun! My parents also came on Friday night. We have been spending time with them this weekend as well! Yesterday, Mom, Dad, Chad, and I all went to Commerce and went to the outlet mall to shop. It was a lot of fun. Then we ventured over to Atlanta and went to the Mall of Georgia. We had dinner with Kelli and Casey, which is always a pleasure! Today, we all got up and went to church and went to lunch with all the boys. It has been an awesome weekend! I am so sad that my parents have to leave tomorrow! But tomorrow starts a busy busy week as well! I hope everyone has a fantastic weekendd!

Hello everyoneee!

I cannot believe i did not post yesterday! Thankful Thursdays!!! I was pretty busy yesterday with my test and running around like a crazy woman! I did take my test yesterday AND I did finish it which was my ultimate goal. The test was a 50 minutes test: part A was three short answer, Part B, three short answer and an essay, and Part C three short answer and an essay! That is all hard to do in 50 minutes! Believe me! Anyway, so that was a success! Chad shocked me yesterday too. He had a paper due in English yesterday. He said that his whole class was just burnt out from doing the paper and apparently nobody read the assigned reading BUT CHAD! When he told me that I about fell over! Chad never does his work! I was shocked! hahaha Chad also is starting to have music practice on Thursdays now, so he went to music last night. After they were done, we all went out to a pasta place and hung out with his music friends. It was a great night! Now today is an exciting day! My PARENTS are coming up! I am so excited!!! Chad and I will also be traveling to Roswell, GA today for a sorority event. The theme is Casino Night! We get to eat all night and play casino games! It should be a blast! studying studying studying!!!

I have been studying non-stop! I'm so tired of it. hahaha! BUTTTT studying paid off for me because i made a 98 on my math test that I was stressing about!! :))) so that was awesomee! I have another test tomorrow. Chad has been writing papers! We have been going and going and going! My family is coming this weekend and I AM SO EXCITED! I haven't seen them since I left for Christmas! I am really excited! I hope everyone had an awesome dayy! I have to go study now! :)

Happy Late Valentines DAY!!!!

Hello everyone!!! I hope everyone had an AMAZING Valentines Day yesterday!!! I had quite a day yesterday! The first math test of was yesterday, and surprisingly i feel like it went really well! So that was fantastic! Other than that exciting news, I had Chapter. So nothing new there and its the same ole same ole with Chad! :) Just going to class and not doing work but still making unbelievable grades! ;) Just kidding! He does work...sometimes. So anyway, yesterday I was reminded how creative and sneaky Chad is! He didn't tell me anything yesterday as far as a plan for the night. I thought we were going to go to dinner or something and that would be it. Well he told me to drive to the apartment after Chapter. So I did. When I walked in to the apartment this is what i saw!

IT was SOO NICE! I know you really cannot see what is in the bowls. But the theme i guess you could say would be "Megan's favorite foods!" hahaha So in the bowl is HOMEMADE Chicken Alfredo. Then he made breadsticks!! It was so awesome! I could have eaten and eaten and eaten! hahah Then for dessert he made me my favorite dessert ever, except for Banana Pudding...but nobody can make that like my momma! He made me the next best thing....Blueberry Peach Cobbler!

UGH!!! Its so heavenly! The whole meal was just so awesome! I did not even have to miss Pretty Little Liars which thrilled me as well!!! Chad also looooveeeedddd his present that i gave him! He looks so awesome in it might I add! :)

So our night ended with watching Dead Poet Society..or something like that. I was asleep thirty minutes into it. So I don't really know anything about it! hahaha i liked the thirty minutes i saw though! :)

Ok sooo todayyyy,,,,,was a fun day! I had tennis today! I am getting so good! Chad and I played a REAL game today! Granted he beat me in six out of the seven we played, but guess who won at least ONE SET! That's righttt! MEEEEEEEEEEEE! I was so proud! hahaha It was awesomeee! We had fun today! But now it is study timee! BOOOO! I hope everyone had an awesome dayy! :)

I HATE MATHH!!!

So I have my first math test tomorrow. I HATE math! My math class is teaching number, fractions, and decimals to early childhood education students! That may sound easy, and the boys always laugh at me and tell me how easy it has to be! Well ask them how many times I have asked them to help me, and they couldn't. That will keep them quiet for a while! Anyway, so I have not wanted to study all day. So I haven't really as awful as that is. When I did take the time out of my day to study, I still could not do it. Chad sat down with me and showed me a "cheating short cut" on how to get the answer, and that will help me a lot, but the whole point of some of these problems is to draw a picture and explain the problem from the picture. Oh by the way, I am in the fractions part of the math. I guess I should have said that. So I can draw the pictures, but i cannot visually see what the answer is from my pictures. So now I feel a little better about actually knowing how to get the answers. I'm still sweating it though. I cannot stand it! Drives me crazy! But anyway, I hope everyone has a wonderful Sunday! Tyler, Chad, and I went to church this morning. It was a great message. It set the day off right and then slowly went down hill because of math....but we all haven't done anything today. So nothing really interesting there. Chad had music practice tonight. I suppose that went well. I haven't really talked to him about it. I'm sure it did though! Supposedly the weather is supposed to be fantastic tomorrow, like 70s!!!!!!! I hope the weather is just as nice wherever you are!! :) :) :)

Wrong side of the bed......

I hate waking up on the wrong side of the bed. It does not happen to me very often, but it did today. I have not been a happy camper most of the day. I slept terrible last night! There was so much noise everywhere. I woke up like every hour, and then when I did have to get up, I did not want to. So I had a gym dog meet today. That was fun. I got to work with the little kids at the meet. basically what happens is there are kids that range from anywhere to about 4 to about 12 that get passes somehow and watch the gym dogs warm up for 15 minutes at each station. They have 4 different things that they do every meet. What I do is get all the kids and line them up and parade them about on the floor and make sure they sit and watch/cheer on the gym dogs for about an hour. Its a lot of fun. We had a meet with the FL Gators today, and we lost big time. It wasn't good. After the meet, we met up with Kelli and Casey because they were in Athens. We ate at The Grill. Its like a diner here in Athens. Its good and greasy. It was a fun time. Now I have to do homework, because I have two test this week. So yeah, I guess I am going to attempt to study math now! Happyyyy Fridayyyy!

Boy am I tired today! Last night Chad and I went down to Macon to see his older sister Megan perform in her broadway show. Megan is currently doing a National Tour with the show All Shook Up. It was fantastic. We got to see Megan and some of Chad's family.

We really had an awesome time. The drive back was not as fun as actually being there. We got home about 12:30. I was tired and exhausted. I knew I could not sleep in the car, because there were so many deer out. I felt like i needed to shout out DEER to Chad whenever we passed some, like he couldn't see for himself! :) Anyway, we made it home safely. I thought about not getting up this morning for class, but I knew my fill in parents (Kelli and Casey Radford) would not be happy with me...neither would my real parents for that matter....so I went anyway and now I am exhausted. Fantastic! But it is still an awesome day! Since I missed my list for thankful Thursday yesterday, because I was too busy, I will do it now. Hope everyone has a fantastic Friday!

Busy Weekk!

Hello Everyone! I hope all is well with you all. This week has been so busy that I have forgotten all about blogging! So here I am! Lets see, Chad and I have been so so busy this week! Chad has had three test this week! Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday he had test! He has been working so hard! Yesterday, we went to our friends birthday party at a new restaurant we had never been to before. It was pretty good. I got to meet a lot of Chad's a cappella friends. So that was a lot of fun! They are really great people! Then today we didn't do anything too fun! We just got back from downtown. We went to a Relay for Life auction fundraiser thing. It was a lot of fun! I cannot wait for tomorrow! Thankful Thursday listtt! Everyone better be ready! I expect comments about your lists!!

Super Bowl Sunday!

I know this is a little late! ;) Yesterday was soooo busy! It all started out with Casey, Kelli, and I all cuddling in bed yesterday scheming about what to do until I had to go back to Athens!

We decided that we would go to Perimeter Mall and eat at the Cheesecake Factory!! YUMMMMM! I also had to get a few things at the mall that I could not find the day before, so we went to this mall not only for the Cheesecake Factory! We had a blast! We ate great food and played around in the mall for about two hours! Then I had to come back to Athens to get everything ready for the boys superbowl party they were having! When I got to the boys apartment, everything was spotless! I thought I was going to have a stroke. The boys had vacuumed and dusted! It was so fantastic! I started working on food and homework! Then everyone came over for the game and Glee of course! We had so so so much food! We had cheese and salsa dips with chips, Charleston Cheese, Pizza, Chili, brownies, banana pudding, and Casey and Kelli made their awesome dip as well! We all had a blast! I was so tired last night after everyone left that I totally forgot about blogging. Not to mention it was already Monday morning anyway! :) I hope everyone is having an awesome Monday and had an awesome Sunday! :)

Fun Fun Fun Fun!

What an awesome day! Sometimes it is just good to get away from everybody and pamper yourself with amazing people that love you so much! Today I woke up to an amazing breakfast.

Made my Casey Radford himself!! Kelli, Casey, and I went to get manicures and pedicures! I love getting manicures and pedicures so much! It is one of the best things in life. Definitely one of my top 5 things ever! Then we went to the mall of Georgia! We shopped for most of the day! I did get a few things..not for myself though! :) Surprise Surprise Surprise! Today we celebrated Lindley's birthday today at Cindy's house! We had an awesome dinner prepared by CIndy Lawson! It was so yummy! We had fruit, grilled chicken, pasta, and bread! It was so good! We all enjoyed GiGi's cupcakes! One of my new favorite things too! We all enjoyed being with each other and having family time. However, we all missed Chad. I talked to Chad tonight. He is enjoying his trip so far. He has learned five new songs for his group, and they were starting a new one tonight. So he is really enjoying himself! He deserves it! I hope everyone has had a great weekend so far! Super Bowl tomorrow! OH GREAT! ;)

Yet another rainy day....

A nasty cold rainy day in Athens, but that was not enough to get our moods down for the day! After class today, I came to Atlanta to spend the weekend with Kelli and Casey. Chad went on his acapella group's retreat! I don't remember where they went! But he is staying in a house with all of the girls and boys in the group learning awesome music all weekend! I am with the coolest people ever! We are going to get into all kinds of things....but first on the list...bed time! Hope everyone had an awesome Friday!

68 days!

There are 68 days (weekdays only) that we have left of school. That is so insane. I feel like i just got dropped off like a week ago. Here we are already in the second semester with 68 days left! its so crazy! I had my first test of the semester today! I think it went well...well I hope anyway. Math is getting hard though. I am about to throw my math book out of the window. Fractions shouldn't be this hard..oh but they are! UGH! Anyway, I hope everyone thought about their thankful Thursday list today! I know I sure did. I just added an extra thing that I am thankful for as well! :) Will, Ginger, Chad, and I had a double date at Chick Fil A tonight. It was pretty fantastic. I am so full of chicken nuggets! Poor Tyler has lab from like 6:15 to 9. So he will no longer be joining us for Chick Fil A nights, which is quite depressing. I hope everyone stays dry tomorrow! I think we have a 100 percent chance of rain! haha! have a fantastic Friday

First test of the semester and I am already tired of studying. This is a bad bad sign! :) I hope everyone had a great Wednesday! There was nothing really to do here in Athens but freeze to death! I have been studying all day for my first Food and Nutrition test tomorrow. I seriously do not think it will be as bad as I think it is, but you can never be too prepared I guess! Chad says nothing at all happened with him today. He just doesn't want to be involved with the blog..too bad because he is! :) I hope everybody is ready for tomorrow though! cookiessss!

Chocolate Chip Cookies are such classic cookies! They are a personal favorite! Since I have not felt well for the past couple of days, I decided to make me a plate full of them. I had one, and they rest are history in the boys stomachs! :) Today has been a nasty miserable day in Athens. We didn't see sun all day long, and we had that light misty rain. Plus it was FREEZINGGG! I am so ready for spring/summer!!!! Chad had his second music rehearsal tonight! I really think that he loves it already! I am so glad that he is putting his fantastic voice to use! Everyone will have to come watch him perform! The group is really awesome!!! I hope everyone enjoyed their Tuesday and stayed warm!!

i know, i know

I know!! I forgot to blog on Monday! I honestly thought today was Monday. haha I am all mixed up. These days just run together for me. Yesterday, nothing interesting happened except for class. Chad and I did make up our minds that we will be going next Thursday to Megan's show in Macon. I think that was the only important thing we did yesterday. haha that is so sad. Hope everyone had an awesome Monday, now that we are almost 12 hours into Tuesday! :)
