Friday/Saturday!!

Gooddd morninggg! i hope everyone has had a fantastic start to the weekend so far!!! I had quite the busy day yesterday! I was busy all day yesterday doing relay for life stuff plus studying for a math test I had later that day! After the math test, I had to babysit. I am starting to volunteer for this organization here at UGA that puts on a night for the UGA faculty. Basically, we set up games, movies, and activities for the UGA faculty's kids, and they can bring their kids and drop them off. We babysit the kids and let the parents go out on a date night. It is a really cool night. Last night was my first night doing it. I had a blast. Relay for Life was also last night. I had to go to that as well. We had a blast out there. The weather did not want to cooperate. So we ended up having to leave early. My sorority raised the most money out of all the other sororities, fraternities, and other organizations on campus. We are excited about that!!! :) Today Chad has a concert, and we need to do some work! haha I hope everyone has a great rest of the weekend!!

Thankful Thursday!!

Good Morning!!!! Its Thursday!! Thursday is like probably my new favorite day of the week! Its the day before Friday, and we all get to sit around for 10 minutes and just reflect on what we are thankful for. I'm beginning to see how important this really is. I am so busy all the time. I know that we has humans tend to overlook the simple things in life. I think that if we just take the time to slow down and really reflect on the things that matter most to us life might actually have more meaning. I don't know if that makes sense...hopefully it does. Anyway, i think its fun that we take one day out of the week to think about the simple things in life and what we are truly thankful for! Nothing interesting is going on here in Athens! We do have to babysit and relay for life tomorrow!!! WOO I hope everyone has a super day!!!

Thankful Thursday list: laughing instead of frowning, my uncle Joe Budzinsky coming home today, Relay for Life, Chad's fantastic ability to always know what to say and do, my wonderful family that I cannot wait to see, Easter Weekend, and my sweet Jesus! What is on your list????

so tiredd...

I am behind on blogging yet again...i'm sure its beginning not to surprise anyone. Chad and I both have been busy doing work and trying to stay caught up to get ready for finals! We only have about 2 more weeks of classes and then a week and a half of finals! WOOO! I cannot even begin to tell you how excited I am and ready to be home for the summer! Monday was sort of a boring day, as far as classes and such. Chad and I did play ultimate frisbee. It got a little intense. We still lost which sucks really badly. We ended that on Monday, and we will start our post season games or championship games or whatever. Yesterday was not that great of a day. However, I did find out that i passed my History exam FINALLY! WOO! But I did get some bad news about some tests. I was really own yesterday about it. Its so discouraging when you study so hard and then get a grade back that you thought you totally didn't deserve. So i guess I am struggling with that right now. but anyway, I hope everyone has a fantastic day!!!

B-E-A-U-tifulllll!

What a gorgeous weekend!!!!! Its about time that this gorgeous weather showed up! It has been HOT here in Athens!!!! WOO! Summer is just right around the corner! I am so excited! School is really starting to take a toll on me. I am just so ready to be done! Chad and I enjoyed a nice relaxing weekend! We didn't do much, but sit around and pretend we were on vacation. haha it was a great weekend! I hope all of you had as great of a weekend as we did! Have an awesome Monday!

My last post was Sunday...oh no..

Sorry for leaving you hanging all week. I know that everyone has just been sitting at their computers waiting for me to post...not! ;) Anyway, this has been a super busy week for me. Monday I was studying for two test that I had on Tuesday. Chad and I also played ultimate frisbee Monday night with a team of some of my friends. We lost but had tons of fun. Tuesday, I had my test. Kelli and Casey also came over and hung out for a bit! Tuesday was also a huge day for Chad. He found out he got a job this summer with Flowers. Like a big boy job, not a bread route. Wednesday, Chad and I played ultimate frisbee again. Then today....nothing interesting has happened today. The Masters did start today. So that has been on the tv all day long. Chad had music. I think we are going to hang out with our friend Mason. Mason is cooking Chad and I dinner tonight. hahah so sweet.

I was told about a girl on Tuesday that was a freshman in high school that hung herself. This has bothered me since one of my friends told me. It amazes me how one person can touch so many lives. I truly believe that we all could do a better job at watching what we say and do. We never know who it is going to affect in the world. So please be praying for this girl and her family.

Thankful Thursday List: ultimate frisbee/ultimate frisbee team, an understanding boyfriend, the need to just reach out to Jesus when things are tough, a great family that loves me so much, friends that help me with math homework, and weekends!! What is on your list??

Sunday has not been a fun day!

Today has been soooo boring! I have studied ALL DAY LONG! I am so tired of studying! Tomorrow is going to be filled with the same thing! I did have rush workshop tonight. That is basically where my sorority pledge class goes in and learns songs and what we have to do for going through rush for next year. Rush to define that is a week long process where girls go to the sorority houses and check all of them out to see which one they want to be in. Of course, each sorority is trying to choose girls the same time the girls are choosing sororities. It is sort of confusing, but it is going to be lots of fun. Chad watched the Braves and went to music today. hahaha We are a bunch of lively people up here! I hope everyone had a wonderful Sunday and got to enjoy this beautiful weather!

procrasinating.....

I find that if procrasinating was a major here at UGA that might be the one for me and a bunch of other college students! ;) Unfortunately, it is not a major here or anywhere else and i'm so good at doing it. :) Anyway...we have had quite the busy weekend. Yesterday, I babysat a little boy named Guy! He is almost 6 months old and so so adorable! That was a blast. I am happy to be around little kids again and getting some moneyy! WOO! Last night, Chad, Tyler, and I went to Penny's house (Chad's aunt) for some dinner and time with family! We all had a blast talking and eating together! All the food was excellent!! Today, Chad had to sing with his music group WSEM at a sorority event at the Classic Center. I had my last gym dog meet today. UGA made it to Nationals! That was really exciting! The girls did so well today! We have had quite the eventful weekend so far. We will see what tomorrow has in store for us.
